Terms and Conditions<\/h4>


1. Introduction<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Youngs Exterior Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking any service, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

2. Services Provided<\/p>

We offer exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:<\/p>

Window cleaning
Gutter clearing and vacuuming
Roof cleaning and soft washing
Pressure washing
Render cleaning
Fascia, soffit and cladding cleaning<\/p>

All services will be carried out using industry-standard equipment and methods.<\/p>

3. Booking and Access<\/p>

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed.<\/p>

A 10% payment will be taken on booking.<\/p>

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring cleaning.<\/p>

If access is restricted (locked gates, vehicles blocking, unsafe conditions), we may reschedule or charge a call-out fee.<\/p>

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are confirmed before work begins.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to access issues, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Weather Conditions<\/p>

Some services cannot be safely carried out in extreme weather (high winds, storms, freezing conditions). We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons.<\/p>

7. Customer Responsibilities<\/p>

You agree to:<\/p>

Remove fragile items from the work area.
Inform us of any known defects, leaks, weak surfaces, or structural issues.
Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas.
8. Damage and Liability<\/p>

We take great care during all work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or surfaces weakened by age or neglect.<\/p>

Any accidental damage caused by us will be assessed and resolved appropriately.<\/p>

We are fully insured for public liability.<\/p>

9. Chemicals and Treatments<\/p>

Softwash chemicals and treatments will be applied safely and responsibly. You will be informed of any risks to plants, materials, or surfaces.<\/p>

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing chemical sensitivity or unknown surface reactions.<\/p>

10. Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer<\/p>

Gutter clearing removes debris but does not fix structural issues, leaks, or broken guttering.<\/p>

If gutters are blocked due to structural faults, we will inform you.<\/p>

11. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer<\/p>

Roof cleaning may reveal existing damage such as cracked tiles or worn surfaces.<\/p>

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by age or previous neglect.<\/p>

12. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/p>

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to inspect and resolve the issue.<\/p>

13. Complaints Procedure<\/p>

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our business email.<\/p>

14. Privacy Policy<\/p>

Your personal information is used only for booking, communication, and invoicing.<\/p>

We do not share your details with third parties.<\/p>

15. Amendments<\/p>

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.<\/p>
